A. EASE OF ACCESS: Either through tarred or rural roads, Ogwa can be accessed directly from Igueben, Ebudin, Ugbegun, Ujogbe, Ebelle, Amahor as well as Ugun making it a hub of South of Esanland. As earlier highlighted, transport is available directly to any of the six geographical zones of Nigeria.
B. RAPIDLY DEVELOPING COMMUNITY: It is a community undergoing rapid transformation. Over the past few years good things have been happening:- establishment of private primary and post primary institutions,a new health centre,new businesses,three filling stations,constructtion of new houses, a functioning community borehole, a Community Civic Centre, new churches, a rapidly expanding linear business district etc.
C. A WARM HOME FOR VISITORS AND MIGRANTS: A community reputed for warm hospitality towards visitors and friends in our midst, free from discrimination and enjoyment of full rights as enshrined in the constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria 1999, as amended.
D. PEACEFUL: The people are peaceful, well – integrated, free from acrimonious relationship arising from partisan or religious inclinations, the home of fresh palm wine.
E. PROUD OF IDENTITY: No one is ashamed of being a citizen of Ogwa either by birth or marriage. There is thus a commitment to love and serve the community to the best of ones ability. These commitments had been articulated in the Ogwa National Anthem.
